i know this is a lot, so if u answer this, im gonna ask a question saying, did you answer my last question, twice, and ill give u best answer those two times

i'm basing my rankings on what the team will look like in the 08-09 season. i pick the Spurs to defend their title and repeat this season. Manu will be the Finals MVP.

1. Lakers- they are in the midst of a title run and will only get better once Bynum, Ariza, and Kobe鈥檚 pinky are back to full strength.

2. Celtics- failure to win a title this season leaves a bad taste in their mouth and key ring chasing Free Agents will come and help keep them hungry.

3. Hornets- they made a heck of a run, and they鈥檙e only going to get better as this young nucleus continues to gel and mature.

4. Spurs- may have a chance to 3peat and cement their dynasty. Timmy鈥檚 getting old, but he still has a few seasons of greatness left. Their window still has at least two seasons before it begins to close.

5. Utah- Williams and Boozer are the focus, but they are getting other pieces in place.

6. Magic- another young, hungry team that is getting better.

7. Pistons- do they goof off and not play up to potential? Yes, but a new coach coupled with embarrassment for their lack of achievement this season and last may FINALLY wake them up.

8. Cavs- it鈥檚 going to take a while to get the Cavs back to legitimate title contenders, but LeBron will keep them afloat.

9. Suns- last chance before the window SLAMS completely shut!

10. 76ers- as long as they re-sign Iggy, they鈥檒l be even better than they were this season.

11. Blazers- youth movement. Oden and possibly their guy that鈥檚 playing overseas right now ratchet them up a few notches. They may also get some help in the Draft.

12. Hawks- youth rising here also. If Bibby gets back to form, they鈥檒l make more than Doc Rivers nervous.

13. Wiz- Agent 0 may leave. I believe Jamison will stay. They will be a Playoff team again鈥攏ot much else.

14. Kings- Theus has these guys headed in the right direction.

15. *Heat- lots of unanswered questions: Can Spoelstra coach? Will D-Wade be healthy? Can he stay that way? Will the Matrix opt out? Who will they draft? Will they trade the pick for an established star? They will get enough pieces in place to make a Playoff run.

16. Warriors- what鈥檚 going to happen with B-Diddy? Will Nellie tweak his system to get the Warriors back on track in the West? I hope they do. They鈥檙e fun to watch.

17. Mavs- the project has imploded. Somebody鈥檚 got to go, but who? I think it鈥檒l be the coach. Who should it be? Irk (sorry, no D).

18. Clippers- if they鈥檙e core can stay healthy, they鈥檒l make noise.

19. Raptors- Calderon and Bosh are great building blocks, but they need more to become more of a threat.

20. Nuggets- have fallen apart. Someone has to go. I say get rid of Coach Karl and Melo (they should dangle him as trade bait to a team with a Top 3 pick). He has grossly underachieved.

21. Nets- Harris and Jefferson can potentially lead them to a Playoff spot in the East (they won鈥檛 be able to trade VC, so they鈥檒l live with what they can get from him).

22. Rockets- Yao won鈥檛 be much help due to rushing back from injury to play in the Olympics. T-Mac will miss some time. I don鈥檛 foresee another Streak for next season.

23. Pacers- will O鈥橬eal and Tinsley stay or will they go? Either way, the team is building a Playoff contender the right way, and they鈥檒l have a shot at the 8th seed.

24. Bulls- they鈥檝e got to start over, but with a couple of key moves, they鈥檒l be in the Playoff hunt again, too.

25. Bobcats- the Larry Brown hire gives them credibility, but will it bring them wins? Can MJ make a good Draft pick, FINALLY?

26. Wolves- rebuilding. Their youth will need time to gel.

27. Sonics- Durant %26amp; Co. get a year better and stronger but will still struggle to win 30 games.

28. Bucks- underachievers

29. Knickerbockers- Reconstruction (Civil War-type). Can Walsh get it done?

30. Grizz- the lowest of the low. Probably on their way to relocating or folding.

Wow... there are a lot of teams, you know. So I'm not going to do that. Sorry...

But I can tell you that the Suns are my favorite team, and that I don't have a least favorite team. And i can tell you tons about the suns if you want... I just don't really want to write a whole bunch on ALL the NBA teams.
